Kipp and I spent 4 days at the APF show, this year at Cannock Chase, Staffordshire as part of a team representing the British Horse Loggers Association. There was a mix of horses and equipment on our work site and we had demonstrations set up and running several times a day giving visitors a chance to see what working horses have to offer in forestry. The demo’s included the full range of extraction systems from whipple tree through to a horse drawn forwarder with crane.
